	THE WINERY

	Situated equidistant from the Atlantic ocean and the Pyrenees, Caves Plaimont plays an important part in the Southwest of France. Bringing together for some decades no less than a thousand passionate and enthusiastic winegrowers at Saint-Mont, in the Gers and in Gascony, Caves Plaimont has commited itself into a quality approach to reconstruct an old vineyard. Terroirs and plots are rigorously listed and only the traditional grape varieties from Gascony such as Tannat, Pinenc, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are used to keep the authenticity and the personality of their wines. Between tradition and modernity, this dynamic cave coopérative produces a wide range of the best quality wines.
