A warm and full-bodied wine 
The vineyard is planted on a clayey soil in the region of the Gers, in a south facing windy upland.
This cuvée is made of Merlot, Cabernet and Tannat grape varieties.
The wine has a deep colour and a powerful nose. Warm and full-bodied on the palate, it is a perfect wine to accompany typical dishes of the South West of France. Its ageing potential is 10 years.

| THE WINERY | |
|
Situated on the highest slopes in Gascony, at around 180 meters altitude, Domaine Chiroulet faces due south towards the Pyrenees. Father and son lovingly cultivate 45 hectares of vines aged between 10 and 40 years old.
At the top of the Côtes de Gascogne, the Fezas’ wines are made of Merlot (predominant grape variety), Cabernet Sauvignon and Tanat for the reds as well as Gros Manseng, Sauvignon and Ugni Blanc for the whites. Their wide and varied vineyard spread over wonderful terroirs with their chalky-clay outcrops containing loose, white stones.
Over the last 150 years, six generations, loyal to the Ténarèze terroir, produce red wine, dry and sweet white wine as well as Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac.
Domaine Chiroulet is one of the rare estates in France to produce vintage wines which take you through from the aperitif to the after-dinner liqueur.
True expression of the terroir, their wines of character are often rich with a velvety texture.
