	THE WINERY

	This is a true authentic wine! Martine and Christian Vache have been cultivating the 20 hectares of their Domaine de la Monardière since 1987. Located in the Vacqueyras appellation area, in the Rhône Valley, these soils are very different from each other (sand, sandstone, red and yellow clays) and allow to produce the best possible blendings according to the vintages and the climatic conditions. Only traditional grape varieties such as Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cinsault are used to give birth to these exceptional wines. No weed killer, no chemical fertilizer but only organic compost and ploughing. Yields are limited and the hand-picked grapes are sorted. With all this care, both in the vineyarsds and in the cellar, the authenticity of the terroirs is preserved and it is a fruity wine, reflect of the garrigue, which can be tasted after having spent several months maturing.
