	THE WINERY

	This small family estate of 13 ha planted with Chenin (white) and Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau (red) is nestled in the Loire Valley, in Rablay-sur-Layon (located south of Angers). Christine and Joï¿½l Mï¿½nard, biodynamic producers and owners of these lovely vineyards for more than 20 years, produce very beautiful and natural wines. To preserve the soil, the water and their vines, no chemical products are used. Their wines remain authentic thanks to low yields, the non-addition of sugar or yeast and the lack of fining. To consume organically grown products is synonymous with creating a genuine and sustainable harmony between man and nature. They try to share their joie de vivre with us through their labels and their wines. Every vintage has its own original and cheerful bottle make-up drawn by Denis Huneau.
