The very old vineyard of « Château de Fosse-Sèche », located in Val de Loire, dates from the 13th century.
It has been farmed, since 1998, by Françoise et Ueli Keller and their son, Guillaume, a promising wine-grower.
Nowadays, the 16 hectares of vines have been converted to Organic Agriculture.
The grape varieties, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon et Chenin, produce white and red wines of appellation « Saumur » and « Saumur Champigny », rich, complex, well-balanced ; much-sought after by renowned restaurants and oenologists and appreciated by numerous professionnal reviews.
