Every bottle and jar is packed carefully with appropriate materials.
Every bottle is carefully packed in order to preserve it from impact and from differences in temperature.
Complete wood cases are delivered by professional carriers who will bring them to you in perfect state. These cases are also over-packed for greater safety.
Our wines are insured during transport.
Check parcels carefully upon arrival. Do not hesitate to refuse them if they show the slightest sign of breakage. Or if in doubt, write a comment on your delivery note before unpacking them entirely to check their content.
If the delivered bottles do not answer your expectations, you have the right to return goods at our cost within 7 days to La Cave Spirituelle.
In this case, please contact us by phone or by email. If the matter comes from a delivery problem such as a delivery which is not in accordance with what was ordered, we will take in charge return costs will be paid by us as stated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
