Organic farming is a form of agriculture which excludes the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides and genetically modified organisms. Wines with organic certification are guaranteed to be made with more than 95% of grapes issued of this agricultural method.

Guaranteed by the DEMETER logo, this certification is only delivered to winegrowers that already own the organic farming certification.
Furthermore, the Demeter certification guarantees that agricultural methods include the use of fermented herbal and mineral preparations as additives and field sprays and the use of an astronomical planting calendar.
