Guaranteed by the DEMETER logo, this certification is only delivered to winegrowers that already own the organic farming certification.
Furthermore, the Demeter certification guarantees that agricultural methods include the use of fermented herbal and mineral preparations as additives and field sprays and the use of an astronomical planting calendar.
