Louis Roederer
The House Louis Roederer, founded in 1776, is one of the last Champagne Houses to be completely independent and owned by the same family since its creation. Its primary aim is to produce great wines. Its main asset is the diversity and the quality of its 200 ha of vineyard located entirely in the Grands and Premiers Crus of the three Champagne regions. The volume of wine produced is strictly controlled in order to produce nothing less than top-quality Champagne.
The first prestige vintage of this House (and in the world of Champagne as well) is the most famous Cristal cuvée created in 1876 for Alexander II, tsar of Russia. The design of this crystal glass bottle has not changed since and the care given to this cuvée has remained the same in order to offer this legendary cuvée, embodiment of elegance and purity, to Champagne connoisseurs.
Champagne Louis Roederer are full-bodied and opulent wines with intense fruits flavours and a rich, toasty finish. |
