The consistent tanins 
In the heart of the medocaine vineyard, near Pauillac, the castel Liversan produces elegant wines of a great acrimony. In 2003, the combination is composed for half of Cabernet Sauvignon, the other half of Merlot and…1% of Cabernet Franc. The best-of oenology equipment allows this precise and accurate vinification. From a tannice solid structure, the character rather feminine from this wine shows itself by the smoothely from the tanins and a big aromatic complexity. Elevated in barrels from oak tree during more than 12 months, this wine is a living product. The possible development of a light dregs will only be the expression of a natural development. Ready to be sampled from now, this vintage offers nevertheless a good capacity towards aging.

| THE WINERY | |
|
Château Liversan is one of the keystones of the Lapalu Estates which belongs to a family of wine growers living in the Médoc region since 1964. Located in Saint Sauveur, near Pauillac, Château Liversan and its 30 ha of Merlot, Cabernet and Petit Verdot are part of Château Fonpiqueyre since the 18th century.
Thanks to its seriousness, traceability and customer satisfaction guarantee, Château Liversan, an excellent Cru Bourgeois supérieur, is a safe investment. The soil is made of gravel and limestone which allow the roots to go very deep into the ground.
Elegant and with a great delicacy, the last vintages of Château Liversan are well-structured and have velvety tannins and a great aromatic complexity.
