2 - Delivery information
All our packages are delivered by professional carriers who meet the requirements necessary for your order processing.

Protective packaging : every bottle and jar is packed carefully with appropriate materials. Receipt of packages : check parcels carefully upon arrival. Do not hesitate to refuse them if they show the slightest sign of breakage. Or if in doubt, write a comment on your delivery note before unpacking them entirely to check their content. If such precautions have not been taken, we will not be held responsible for the replacement of the damaged goods.
