Saint-Mont wines exist in three colours and local grape varieties are in favour. Red and rosé wines come from Tannat (60%), Pinenc (20%), Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
Cuvée « Côté Mer » : Made from Grenache, Carignan, Counoise and Syrah, the wine is fermented in barrel after 12 hours of maceration and matured on its lees until April.
